for one limited-term appointment in the Credit English as a Second Language (ESL) program. Applicants must hold a graduate degree in Applied Linguistics or a related field with evidence of training in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL). Expertise
in ESL academic writing instruction, pronunciation instruction, course coordination (including organization of item writing and instructor norming sessions for common exams), and materials development is required. Responsibilities include teaching and coordinating
one level of Credit ESL, mentoring MA students teaching credit courses, training writing assistants for tutorials associated with ESL courses, serving on the ESL Curriculum Committee, and developing teaching materials for coursepacks and for online delivery.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
