<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN">The Beyond The Classroom: Innovative language learning and retention challenge needs effective solutions that will promote culture change on language within DND/CAF, provide strategies to encourage members to use their second
official language, bolster competence and confidence in members’ second official language, and explore ways to improve neural processes to better process new language systems.

<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="FR-CA">L’initiative Au-delà de la salle de classe : Apprentissage et rétention innovatrice des langues a besoin de solutions efficaces dans le but de promouvoir le changement de culture sur les langues au sein du MDN et des
FAC, d’élaborer des stratégies pour encourager les militaires à utiliser leur deuxième langue officielle, de maintenir les compétences et la confiance dans la deuxième langue officielle du militaire et d’explorer des façons d’améliorer les processus neuronaux
afin d’assimiler plus facilement la structure d’une nouvelle langue. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="FR-CA">Parmi les innovateurs qui soumettent une demande dans le cadre du programme IDEeS, on retrouve des universitaires, des chefs de l’industrie et des personnes. Il suffit d’avoir une idée intéressante, intelligente ou
brillante pour que le programme IDEeS appuie l’élaboration de celle-ci, de l’étape de la conception et tout au long des essais sur prototype, jusqu’au développement des capacités.
