A quick Web search turned up this quotation: "Every public speaker should
end his speech, no matter what the subject, catonically, with 'Zero world
population growth!'"  The writer is obviously using "catonically" as a
reference to Cato the Elder's "Carthage must be destroyed," to which I
referred in my previous message.
