Of course the way Manfred Mann sings the song it sounds like douche.
I have a vague memory of some DJ saying that the term "deuce" in this
context meant "pimp."  That could be with the "wrapped up" but
probably not the "revved up" lyrics.  This sense isn't in RHDAS.
