off-topic? Another question on hot dogs

    I haven't seen this--I'd like to know more!
    What the PBS "Hot Dog Program" did last month was speculate that Tad
Dorgan "may" have coined "hot dog" at the Polo Grounds, and then gave a close
up on his 1906 cartoon from Madison Square Garden!  All of which is a decade
off, anyway!
    Who made the History Channel the "Official Channel of the Millennium"?
