"Eso si que es" was used as part of a radio advertising campaign for some
Spanish learning tapes.  I don't remember whose product it was (so much for a
successful campaign.)  The confident sounding radio-announcer-voiced man asks
the potential female student to spell "socks", telling her that Spanish is easy
to learn.  The whole thing has a sort of 50's radio sound to it.
