i disagree with the tribune.  _falsettos_ does not follow such a plot line, it's
boy marries girl, boy meets boy, boy falls in love with boy, boy gets divorced.
(and more, but i don't want to can't give away all the ending.)

but i love bringing up _falsettos_ because it has what i consider to be the most
beautiful love song in english, which starts "what would i do if i had not met
you?  who would i blame my life on?"
