I taught second grade for a year.  The standard wisdom is that kids have
a hard time reading sentences that are written totally in upper case
letters.  So, perhaps primary education specialists have done some
research on this.  Whether this difficulty carries over to adulthood, I
don't know, but I'm sure advertising companies do!
