In the latest issue of _Bottom Line Personal_, a biweekly(?) of mostly financial
advice, the lead article is

     Here Comes the Millennium Melt-Up: How to Play the Y2K Bull Market
          (Thomas Galvin of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette)

Lead paragraph:

Investor anxiety about inflation and Y2K -- which kept stocks churning in the
second half of 1999 -- will vanish in the new year. I expect a *millennium
melt-up* in 2000 -- a bull market that will drive the Dow to 12,000 by March 31
and to 13,000 by year-end. [emphasis in original -- MAM]
