the following requirements documents, which are available for public review:

Natural language understanding requirments:

Text to speech requirements: http://www.w3.org/TR/voice-tts-reqs
Model architecture: http://www.w3.org/TR/voice-architecture

To be reflected in the next version of the requirements documents, comments
should be sent to the public mailing list www-voice at w3.org by 14th January
2000. For a log of comments, see
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-voice/. All comments and
suggestions will be reviewed by members of the working group, who may make
changes to the documents. We regret that we may not able to respond
individually to each and every comment. Revised documents approved by the
full membership of the Working Group will be posted at this web site by the
end of January.
