The book said "pfaunkuchen," so that's what I typed. I thought it might have been wrong. There are a number of interesting recipes (some German)in the book: Mohn Kipfel; Snow Balls; German Coffee Cake No. 1; German Coffee Cake No. 2; Schnecken; Bundt Cake; Twist Bread.
