Is it obvious to all here that this refers to the "G-spot" = "Gräfenberg
spot" which is supposedly a special part of the vagina?

[AFAIK, the Kinsey Institute et al. doubt the actual existence of this 'spot'.]

I don't know whether there's another plausible interpretation.
