     The two papers I mentioned earlier, in AFRICAN-AMERICAN ENGLISH, are a
good starting point. Please get in contact with Marcy Morgan at Harvard, at
morganma at HUGSE1.HARVARD.EDU. She has given several presentations and published
on the subject matter. I am sure she has a handy list of references somewhere
and will be helpful.
