Sorry! I must have missed or forgotten about the treeware mention. I did
check before posting and "heaven(-)o" does not appear in either half of the
currently bifurcated ASD-L archives.

Apparently it hasn't made huge headway in three years. It was recently
mentioned as a novelty on another list.
