Searching E-Books

   I'm having a little problem searching e-books.
   Isabella Bird's UNBEATEN TRACKS IN JAPAN is an e-book on Project Gutenberg
and on www.bookrags.com.  Is there some easy way to search the text for
"geisha"?
   The NYU librarian here couldn't help me!
