on-line DARE?

I have a blind student in Dialects of English who was wondering if
there's a way to access DARE electronically so she can complete the
assignments that make use of it.  (If not, she can do the assignments
with the assistance of a reader for our disabilites office but it
would be nice if she could get to the material herself the way she
can with the OED.)  Does anyone know whether there is an on-line DARE
available somewhere?
