"Maghiritsa" (in the "Greek Salad" posting) is usually spelled "Magiritsa." OED doesn't have either, and nothing came up under "Greek soup." Another Greek soup OED might consider is Avgolemono (or Avgolimono). It's also called Lemon Soup, or Chicken and Lemon Soup, or Chicken and Lemon and Egg Soup. OED doesn't have this soup, either.
