   A long story about the "Michelada" is in the Dining Out section of the NEW YORK TIMES, 15 August 2001, pg. F1, col. 1, by Tim Weiner, and in the Critic's Notebook by William Grimes on page F8, col. 1.
   The drink is on the Dow Jones database from 1994, where it's associated with Acapulco.

(The NYT Dining Out section is apparently banning me for life.  If I solve the origin of every single food ever discovered, it still won't be good enough--ed.)
