Texas Style Hawaiian Bread is sold in at least one Minneapolis
supermarket.  It's made in Illinois.

"Texas Hots" (a variety of hot dog) are sold in Kingston NY, and I
understand in other parts of Upstate New York.  I'm told they're not
to be found in Texas.

Kingston NY doesn't have stores and restaurants with names like
"Manhattan Morning" -- the name of one store in downtown
Minneapolis.  I suspect one has to get a certain distance away before
a place is exotic in the right way.  Anyone know how far that is for
New York City, Chicago, etc?

Original New York Seltzer is bottled in California.  Sioux City soda
originates in NYC, though I think it's now also bottled in
Chicago.  Bubbie's of San Francisco (kosher & organic pickles and
such) was a product of Canada.  (It's now just Bubbie's.)
