   Greetings again from the Library of Congress.  Amtrak was only one hour
late today...I checked the Labor Deparment's library, but they had THE MIXER
AND SERVER for the same years as the NYPL.  No one seems to have 1890-1900
(where I can find Manhattan & Martini).
   I couldn't find an earlier "surf & turf" or "fajita" in the Buffalo and
Austin phonebooks here.
