herb, /hw/, and shedule

Hey!  Us completely unaffected Canadians use this pron.

Certainly that's the pron I grew up with and still use and I believe it's
what I heard consistently before I moved to the U.S. in 1984.  But the Gage
Cdn Dict. (1983) shows "(erb or herb)" -- the "or" means that both were
common, but with "erb" listed first, it had the edge.  I can't comment on
the current situation, since I haven't really been paying attention since I
returned to Canada.
