Guaro Sour (Costa Rica Food & Drink)

   I had dinner at PAPA PEZ, a fish restaurant in a special entertainment zone of several restaurants, bars, and shops.
   There were several "guaro" drinks on the menu.  A Google check of "guaro sour" has only about 20 hits, but a few nice web pages of Costa Rican food & drink.
   From the PAPA PEZ (English) menu:

   TYPICAL COCKTAILS:
GUARO SOUR--guaro, triple sec, lemon juice.
MISTAO--guaro, lemon juice, granadine.
PRENSAO--guaro, beer,
IMPRESIONADOS--scotch, beer.
TABLAZA--tequila, ginger ale.

   COCKTAILS:
HI-BALL--rum, coke.
CLASICO EN AZUL--rum, vodka, tequila, soda, lemon, sugar.
CUCARACHA--tequila, coffee liqueur.
MEDRAS DE SEDA--gin, perfect love (?--ed.), cream, sugar.
POSITRON--vodka, lemon, salt.

FWIW:  McDonald's offers something called McPinto.
