"Chick" and "click" were always jokes in my group of friends, as was
"swah-vey."  That was in my youth. Today there's a lot of "tahr-zhey" for
the store (Target, of course). What I want to know now is: Is "wah-lah" for
_voila_ serious? It's certainly understandable, given English phonotactic
constraints.
