The 1903 second edition of _The Settlement Cook Book_ has two recipes for
"Bundt Kuchen" on pages 24-25.  The second one reads "...Pour in Bundt form,
let rise..."

The 6th edition of _The Settlement Cook Book_ (undated, sometime around 1915)
has "chicken a la king" but the 1903 edition does not.
