In Sweden there are dozens of breweries called "ångbryggeri". Under one of those I found: "The name 'ångbryggeri' means 'steam brewery' and comes from that in 1900 they installed a steam heated wort boiling system." German also has the term "Dampfbräuerei". Jan Ivarsson jan.ivarsson at transedit.st
