I completely agree. One of the first things my wife said as we watched
the attacks was: "Oh my God. The date. It's 9-1-1. I wonder if they
planned that? I bet that's how people will refer to it." I'm somewhat
surprised that it hasn't been used more. "9-11" seems to be the more
common usage.
