Since the name Jake Brake is a trademark, in some areas of the country,
a concern with using such a name on highway signs was raised earlier
this year.  I seem to remember that a Pennsylvania town took their 'No
Jake Brake' signs down, on the advice of their solicitor.

The solicitor's advice might have been preceded by the reception of a
little note from the manufacturer and holder of the trademark.
