        I notice that Guy Mitchell also had a song called Bob's Yer Uncle (An' Fanny's Yer Aunt), the longer and perhaps original form of the saying.  One web page associated the phrase with Yorkshire.  Do these associations, seemingly having little to do with political satire, undercut the Balfour/Cecil theory?
