The first two examples I found on the Web I discarded because they were
explicitly labelled as fiction.  However, there was nothing on the Web site I
copied from describing the origin of this particular diary, and in fact I
checked again just now and still can't find any indication whether the diary
is real or made up.

In any event I described a technique which I am pretty sure will work, with
some patience.
