A little more info from the poster of the McDonald's message:  He asks me
to point out that the previous message was a synthesis of over 60
different websites and discussion boards.  Also, he wants to add that he
found that the original request to McDonald's was $20,000, not $2,000, but
that almost two years of physical therapy were required.
