Hardly a pleonasm.  A "brothel whore" is one who works inside a house of
prostitution and does not personally participate in advertising for customers
for the house..  By comparison, a "streetwalker" is a prostitute who
peronally advertises her services on public streets, and a "call girl" is a
prostitute who is summoned to perform services by telephone.
