Etymology: "They" revised continued

The pronoun uses presented by Michael and Larry are interesting to me, and
later I'd like to say a few words about them. My current focus, though, is
indirectly related -- I'm looking at the paradigm shift in Middle English
that has given Modern English these at-first look  incongruities -- and how
the generic "he" and the singular "they" are two aspects of the development
of the OE (and wider family group) "feminine/plural".  Right now, I'm
working on furthering my discussion with Fritz -- studying up on some of
these things for my next post.
