Change in ADS-L posting options

I have changed the posting options for ADS-L so that messages may
only be posted by people who are subscribed to the list; previously
anyone could post a message just by sending e-mail to the list
address.

The subscription option is still open; that is, anyone may subscribe
without being approved. However, most spammers would not bother to
subscribe just to send spam. I do not want to change this option
since the effort of approving every request to join the list would
be very large, and Terry and I have enough to do already, but there
are intermediate options if necessary.

Please let Terry or me know if this change causes some difficulty.
