I can't say about pupik/pupek, but the "pope's nose" is undoubtedly the
tail. The holes left by the tail feathers can be easily seen.
It's been a few years since I last dressed a chicken, but IIRC there is a
little gland at the base of the tail on the dorsal side that needs to be
removed, and then the tail may be cut off, but it is edible.
