In f[undotted i]rna pidesi (literally "oven bread") the -si is 3rd person
suffix (after vowels, after consonants -i) added to "pide"to connect it as a
phrase, like Galata t"urbesi "Galata tower". I'm not terribly surprised
that the phrase isn't in the OED. It probably wouldn't be in any Turkish
dictionary as a phrase either.
