"Doy" is scornful and mocking. We used it in my childhood and I recently
read it in a weblog. I have a friend (a New Yorker) who still uses it, but
consciously, knowing it's a bit dated.

It's hard to find on the Internet because it's a simple, likely word, in
several languages, until you search for "doy and stupid" or "no doy" in
English pages only, which turn up a few appropriate links:
