Dutch Treat (1885)

Dutch rub sounds like a noogie (not sure of the
spelling). Noogie was used in a SNL skit with Gilda
Radner and Bill Murray. I didn;t get too many of
these, but was tortured by endless games of "Why are
you hitting yourself?"
