Hong Kong's Wellcome Supermarket

   Wellcome supermarkets are great!
   I spent over an hour here, taking notes.  There are foods of China, Japan, Vietnam, Korea, Indonesia, Australia, and more.  Everything is nicely marked in both English and Chinese (Cantonese).  The staff has cooks and samplings throughout the store.  Just a wonderful store!

CHINESE WAFFLES--This was what I saw elsewhere as "egg balls."  The "waffle" waffle is also listed as "Checkers Cake."
