OYSTER LOAF--DARE has 1893.
16 February 1888, FOREST AND STREAM (American Periodical Series), pg. 64:
...plum preserves, cold baked chicken, oyster loaf (and boiled duck if desired after the first day) were the chief articles of diet that this crew fed on during the trip.

November 1889, LADIES' HOME JOURNAL, pg. 16:
Oyster Loaf. (Recipe follows in this long oyster article--ed.)

OYSTER MUSHROOM--DARE has 1890.
10 May 1885, NEW YORK TIMES, pg. 3:
There are two valuable mushrooms that grow on trees. One of these is the oyster mushroom which grows in large masses in old tree stems, one plant above the others, forming a very handsome object.

OZARK PUDDING--Not in DARE. The NYT is not the best for this, obviously.
14 March 1949, NEW YORK TIMES, pg. 22:
Mrs. Harry Truman not only wrote the foreword, but also contributed her recipe for a regional dish of Missouri, Ozark pudding.
(The Congressional Club Cookbook--ed.)
