Thank you for the reminder. I had forgotten about Fred's request, and I
quite agree with your reasoning.

Here are two related expressions that I've heard in the field, though
they are probably not limited to it. For neither am I aware of a strict
wording.

1. Good, fast, or cheap: choose two.

2. Don't get it perfect, get it out!
