Lovely word. Let's see if a few properly placed uses of
"niblings" is enough.

You know, if one person, just one person uses it they may think
he's misspeaking. And if two people, two people use it, in
harmony, they may think it's caprice and a nonce word. And three
people use it, three, can you imagine, three people walking onto
Oprah and talking about their niblings and walking out? They may
think it's a neologism. And can you, can you imagine fifty people
a day, I said fifty people a day on Montel and King and Oprah and
WFUV and Rush and KFOG's Morning Show talking about their
niblings and walking out? Friends they may think it's a word
that's here to stay and worthy of the OED.
