Many of the words cited in the article are not new to the OED:
Screen saver was added back in Dec. 2002.
Minging was added in Mar. 2002.
Viagra is from Sep. 2001.
Dotcom is from June 2001.
Sambuca, bevvy, half-inch, phreak, and orc are all in the 1989 2nd edition.
The others cited don't yet appear in the online OED (at least they didn't
when I did a search), presumably they will appear in coming days as the June
update comes online.

That's the article's wording, not the dictionary's.
