Ajvar (pepper sauce), Curly Kate

   Greetings again from Dubrovnik.

AJVAR--This sells better than ketchup.  It's a pepper sauce, also with eggplant and garlic and spices.  One web site calls it "Balkan vegetable caviar."  Is it a trademark name, though?

CURLY KATE--Someone on the tour mentioned this, a kitchen product.  A quick web search shows a sponge by this name.  Any good "Curly Kate" mentions in the usual sources?
