I have to admit I'm not at all clear what "who's your daddy?" means. My
main memory of its usage is being said by a man to a woman during
sex on some comedy TV show. In any case, here's the earliest Nexis usage
(excluding straightforward occurrences of the question in Standard
English):

1986 _N.Y. Times_ 2 May (Nexis) [article beginning on page C1] The
concert, sponsored by The Hudson Reporter, begins at 10 A.M. at 14th and
Washington Streets, with performances by the Cucumbers, the Wygals, Yo La
Tengo, Tiny Lights, the Wayfarers, Who's Your Daddy, 77 Sunset Strip, Rula
Lenzka, and Desk Set.
