I wonder whether you can help me by forwarding my
request to the appropriate party within your
organization. I am studying understanding speech.

Here is the problem: I am finding that many people do
not understand English as spoken with a peculiar
dialect. I would like to find some one who is expert
at difficult speech to help me verify the sounds and
identify the specific reasons for why people fail to
understand the words. The speech is from a macaw with
a wide vocabulary.
