gleeking (= squirting saliva)

Instigated by your post, I did an entry for it today. The earliest cite
I found (though I did not exhaust all options) was 1988 and I found a
use of "gleek" in Google Groups slightly earlier than the one you
mentioned. I'll try to do a bit more work on it when I get a chance.
