"Who-all" and "what-all"

Couple things. a.) I do use who-all, etc. often and afaik always have. b.)
I don't think they imply completeness so much as just a list of things, or
explicit pluralization. c.) Have we discussed explicit plural "all" insertions
before? i.e. "I saw it all on Mulberry Street". I tried the archive but
couldn't find anything.
