If one may be given the indulgence to free-associate (since it's Friday
afternoon): this reminds me of the Moroccan Arabic proverb, "zb l-maarifa
ke-wesaa l-kur" which might be politely translated as "you can only screw your
friends" and literally (using some circumspect rather than the vulgar words in
the original) as "it's the penis of someone familiar that stretches out the
rectum."
