The "soucha" is a specialty soup brewed from the local nettle plant with a hint of butter. (...) The "gyakho" is a traditional meat stock enriched with slices of boiled beef, pork, carrots, seaweed, "soru" or meat/veg fried in flour batter, vegetables, mushrooms and "tofu" arranged very meticulously over which the meat soup is periodically refilled.
