Even though Capp may not mention Kentucky, he does more than once refer
to members of the Tolliver family in Lil' Abner strips.  For those who
may not know, the Martin-Tolliver feud, not as well known as the
Hatfield-McCoy feud but certainly bloodier and longer, took place after
the War of Northern Aggression in Rowan County, Kentucky.
